As
a result of the internal and external discussions within the separate
subject area working groups and in close liaison with the representatives
from the partner organisations, a common catalogue of the key landscape
architectural issues of importance at the European level will be
prepared.
Particular attention will be paid to European Union directives and
policy documents, European Conventions, European Standards and the
work of European agencies and organisations within the environmental
and conservation fields. Areas where the better integration of the
treatment of these areas in teaching may be possible will be identified,
as well as the issues they raise with regard to possible research
needs. The potential for collaborative teaching in this area using
comparative studies will need to be given particular consideration
in the context of the preparation of the year three outputs.
