Mid-October 2002: Contract arrives from Brussels

10th – 12th November 2002: Inaugural Steering Committee Meeting held in Vienna

Until end of January 2003: Completion of registration of Network Member schools via the ECLAS web site

Until end of January 2003: Initial contacts between working group members

End of January 2003: First stage of LE:NOTRE web site due for completion

1st March 2003: Deadline for submission of the proposal for year two funding to Brussels

February to mid March 2003: Entry of survey data on degree programmes, course units, research components and glossary items via the LE:NOTRE web site

Mid to End of March 2003: Preliminary summary of survey data to be prepared by each working group chairperson

3rd – 6th April: Spring Workshop Kassel: presentation, explanation and verification to initial data within each of the working groups

April to Mid-May 2003: Completion of data entry and modification as necessary via project web site

From April 2003: Working group members begin to widen the scope of their discussions in preparation for year two of the project

Mid-May to Early June 2003: Working groups summarise the results of data collection and make this available to the Steering Committee members responsible for editing the first year’s outputs.

Early June 2003: Steering Group meeting to review year’s work and prepare and edit the 2002 – 2003 project outputs

June – July 2003: Completion of annual project outputs and preparation of the year end project report for submission to Brussels
