The landscape planning working group focuses
primarily on the territorial aspects of landscape planning, in particular
relating to theories and methods for preparing and evaluating land
use plans from the landscape point of view. Landscape planning scales
covered range from the local, through to the regional level. Methods
for and approaches to the assessment and evaluation of the landscape
with regard to its use potential for different land uses form a
central consideration.
